This website, azentie.com, and the sale of the Azentie Agent Kit are operated by Janaina Paula da Silva, a sole trader registered in Brazil under CPF 285.639.148-63, with address at Rua Maria do Carmo Ferreira, G 44, 14806-381 Araraquara, SP, Brazil. Throughout the legal pages of this site, "we", "us" and "Azentie" refer to that person.
Azentie is a trading name. It is not a company, a registered trademark holder in every territory, or a regulated financial or professional services provider.
2. What we sell
We sell a single digital product: the Azentie Agent Kit, a downloadable package of source code, prompt files, configuration files and documentation, licensed for a one-time payment. We do not operate a hosted service, we do not process data on behalf of customers, and we do not sell physical goods.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your location the contracting Stripe entity is Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) or Stripe, Inc. (United States). We never receive, see or store full card numbers. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment step and are available at stripe.com/legal.
4. Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States. Delivery and support emails are sent through Resend, Inc. Server logs are handled by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and code of this website, and the contents of the Azentie Agent Kit, are protected by copyright. Buying the kit grants the licence described in the Licence page and nothing more. The website design is based on a commercial template used under its own licence.
6. Consumer dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may raise a complaint through consumidor.gov.br or your local PROCON office. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Commission online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in, and do not commit to, arbitration before a consumer arbitration board, but we do answer every complaint sent to support@azentie.com.
