Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to the Azentie Agent Kit and to this website. It exists because the kit builds autonomous software that talks to third-party services, and because our payment processor requires it.
1. You may not use the kit to build or operate
- Anything illegal in your country or in Brazil.
- Malware, ransomware, credential stealers, botnets, or tooling whose purpose is to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, review manipulation, engagement farming or automated account creation on services that forbid it.
- Scams, phishing, fake stores, fake support agents, or content designed to impersonate a real person, company or public authority.
- Systems that produce or distribute sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
- Harassment, targeted abuse, doxxing, or content inciting violence or hatred against a group.
- Deceptive medical, legal or financial advice presented as coming from a qualified professional.
- Surveillance of individuals without a lawful basis, including scraping personal data in breach of data protection law.
- Circumvention of the terms, rate limits or safety systems of the model providers and platforms the kit connects to.
2. On this website you may not
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the checkout, or other customers' data.
- Probe, scan or load-test the site or its API endpoints without our written permission.
- Use automated means to place orders, or to abuse the refund process.
3. Human oversight
Agents built with the kit act on their own and can be wrong. If your agent takes actions with real consequences, such as sending messages, spending money or changing records, you are responsible for keeping a human in the loop and for the limits you configure.
4. Consequences
Serious breach ends your licence under clause 16 of the Terms of Sale, and we may decline future orders. Where the law requires it we report illegal activity to the competent authority.
5. Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is using the kit in breach of this policy, write to support@azentie.com with as much detail as you can. We read every report.
